Switch from cable for better, cheaper service

What a joke Time Warner Cable is. I was a cable customer from its start and have now spent $700 to convert to digital antenna/satellite. I am getting 250 channels for the same price Time Warner was charging for 70, and most of those were over the air. I am now getting all of the Chicago channels. The color, resolution and detail are 300 percent better than cable.

Someone in our government must be getting paid off for the FCC to allow what’s going on with cable. And this “area of dominance” nonsense is another joke.

I urge all WTTW devotees to check out digital antenna and satellite and tell Time Warner to bury its cables along with their malarkey. Also, take the time to write the FCC or your government reps and ask why censorship of the air waves is being allowed.
