I am very disappointed with some of the die-hard Packer fans because of the horrible reception Brett Favre received at Lambeau field. He played 16 years for the Packers, never missed a game and was beloved by these same fans who now crucify him. I understand he went to the hated Vikings, but Ted Thompson didn’t want him when he got the job four years ago.

I have been following the Packers for 60 years and as far as I am concerned, Ted and Mike McCarthy should be fired, especially if they end up below 500 this year.

I have never missed watching a Packer game since they started on TV in 1959 nor have I ever missed a play. Brett Favre is the greatest Packer player in history. I know what I am talking about and I know more about football than most others ever will.
