Orlando, Florida, home of the Walt Disney Resort, is the most wheelchair-accessible city in the world. 40% of people aged 18–64 and over 57% of those over 65 with mobility disabilities said they're not planning to travel at all this year. With 12% of Floridians having mobility problems, Florida has responded by creating an accessible transportation system called Access Lynx. At Disney World Orlando, there are wheelchair-friendly buses and even wheelchairs to rent, with specific loading and unloading areas. Aside from these accommodations, Orlando's network of hospitals has been recognized as one of the best in the US for providing quality care. Four other US cities also have great wheelchair accessibility: Seattle, Chicago, New Orleans and Albuquerque.
